Returning Your Leather Jacket

Leather needs a little care on its way back to us. Fold and pack your jacket the right way and it stays in perfect shape, so your return or exchange goes through smoothly. Follow the seven steps below.

Step 1 - Lay The Jacket Flat

Place the jacket face up on a clean, flat surface and smooth it out so there are no wrinkles before you start.

Step 2 - Insert The Inlay

Open the jacket and lay the inlay inside, along the front. It cushions the leather at the fold and keeps creases from forming.

Step 3 - Close It Up

Close the zipper (or buttons) all the way. Pull the MNH tag out so it stays visible on the front.

Step 4 - Fold Across The Front

Bring one sleeve diagonally across the chest so it lies flat.

Step 5 - Fold Second Sleeve Across

Cross the second sleeve over the first, so both rest neatly across the front.

Step 6 - Fold The Jacket Bottom Up

Fold the lower half upward toward the collar to form a compact square.

Step 7 - Return It To The Packaging

Slide the folded jacket back into the original plastic packaging and seal it.
